Required Information
For state income taxes, the following information is required:
- A copy of your federal tax forms (1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ)
- All wage statements (W2 and/or 1099 statements)
- A copy of any out-of-state Individual Income Tax Returns for the previous year, if applicable
Attention. Tax refunds can now be received by check or direct deposit.
Forms may be obtained in this office or downloaded online from the Virginia Department of Taxation.
