The Customer Service Division provides one-stop shopping for all utility services. Well-trained customer service representatives can handle all of your utility needs, from getting connected, to setting up a bank draft or equal payment plan for your utility services.

  • Representatives are responsible for signing up customers for utility services and processing changes to the account
  • Danville Utilities offers a variety of services and plans tailored to meet customer needs
Billing: 434-799-5159
  • Responsible for the billing of all services - electric, water, wastewater, natural gas and residential refuse fees and telecommunications where available, as well as utility taxes
  • Staff carefully scrutinizes readings that are out of normal range
  • Investigations are undertaken to confirm accurate consumption measurement
