[ARCHIVED] Absentee voting continues for City Council, School Board elections

Absentee voting for the upcoming elections for Danville City Council and the Danville Public School Board is currently being conducted if the office of the General Registrar. In-person voting is available for those who will be unable to go to the polls on May 1.

The deadline for in-person absentee voting is 5 p.m. on April 28. In addition to the normal office hours of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the office will be open on Saturday, April 21, and Saturday, April 28.

The deadline for receiving applications for absentee voting by mail is April 24.

The Danville Voter Registration Office is located at 515 Main St. For additional information, please call the office at 799-6560.
