The City of Danville's Department of
Community Development is responsible
for coordinating and administering
many community improvement projects
throughout the City. The Department is
responsible for administering the Zoning and 
Building Code for the City.


The department is comprised of four divisions:

• Housing and Development 
• Social Services
• Inspections 
• Planning and Zoning
