A Certificate of Fictitious or Assumed Name is required to be filed by all businesses operating within the City of Danville.  The Certificate of Fictitious or Assumed Name form may be printed from this site or is available at any Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court.  This form may be completed prior to filing or staff of the Clerk of Circuit Court will complete it for you.  The fee for filing the Certificate of Fictitious or Assumed Name is $10.00.
