The Danville Public Library has a 50-person-capacity meeting room.
When not in use by the library, it is available to other groups who qualify, arrange for it ahead of time, and prepay the fee. Charges for the room vary for nonprofit and commercial agencies.
The fact that a group is granted permission to meet in the library in no way constitutes an endorsement by the Library or its affiliates. Groups using the room must follow the guidelines in the Meeting Room Policy. The room is not considered reserved until the application is completed, received, and approved.
Submit application to the Library Business Office by either email or in person.
Please read the Meeting Room Policy before completing the application.
