A Danville man has been arrested on multiple charges related to the October 15th robbery at 811 Edmunds which resulted in the death of Charles Donald Earls age 52.
Tony Ray Spivey age 27 of Danville was arrested on October 29th, 2013. Spivey was charged with:
Robbery Va. State Code 18.2-58
Burglary Va. State Code 18.2-90
The investigation is ongoing and no further information can be released at this time.
