Weather permitting, all three eastbound lanes of Riverside Drive (alternating) from Piney Forest Road to Neal Court will be closed daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Monday, March 24, through Friday, March 28, to allow installation of a storm drain pipe.
Also, sidewalk installation continues on Piney Forest Road. The right northbound lane of Piney Forest Road from Boxwood Court to Falwell Court will be closed daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, March 24, through Friday, March 28.
Detours will be in place. Please use caution when approaching these area or consider an alternate route.
In addition, several streets are scheduled for resurfacing next week:
• Corning Drive, from the Route 29 bypass ramps to the end of the road, both lanes east and westbound, from Monday, March 24, to Tuesday, March 25.
• Tamworth Place, from Tamworth Drive to Conway Drive, both lanes north and southbound, from Tuesday, March 25, to Friday, March 28.
• Melrose Avenue, from Arnett Boulevard to Verne Boulevard, both lanes north and southbound, from Tuesday, March 25, to Friday, March 28.
• Westover Drive, from Moorefield Lane to Westover Lane, both east and westbound lanes, from Wednesday, March 26, to Friday, March 28.
Detours may be delayed, canceled, or rescheduled due to poor weather.
