The City of Danville Transit System will hold public information meetings on Tuesday, June 30, at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Ballou Park Senior Citizen Center.
The purpose of these meetings is to obtain public input on proposed afternoon service schedule changes and for new fixed-route service that would be provided to the Airside and Cane Creek Centre industrial parks.
The proposed changes are planned to go into effect on Aug. 1 and are intended to improve customer service and access for Danville Transit’s passengers.
