Danville Parks and Recreation’s music series Music on Main will wrap up on Thursday, Aug. 18, with a back to school bash including a band, a jump rope record holder, face painting and a 30-foot-tall waterslide.
The free event will be held at the Main Street Plaza and will begin at 6:30 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by UR Mom band and Jump Rope Warrior David Fisher. The water slide and face painting table will be open during the event.
Also during the concert, Boys & Girls Clubs of Danville will be collecting school supplies to Stuff the Bus.
