The Charles H. Harris Financial Service Center at 311 Memorial Drive will be closed to the public on Monday, Sept. 19, and the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 20, to allow for a business system upgrade. The closure will include all offices – central collections, City Treasurer, Commissioner of the Revenue and utilities customer service.
The 24-hour payment drop box located at the rear of the building will remain available, but the drive-thru lanes will not be in service.
The building and the drive-thru lanes will reopen at noon Tuesday.
