Cabin Fever Music Series poster

The Cabin Fever Music Series resumes on Saturday, March 11, with music by Dirty Grass Soul.

Doors at the Community Market open at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $8 and will be available at the door.

Dirty Grass Soul is a Shelby, N.C.-based band that plays a mix of southern rock and alternative country. The band offers instrumentation that mixes in a heavy dose of fiddle, pedal steel guitar and banjo. Kevin Dedmon (fiddle, vocals, guitar) and Lance Watson (bass, mandolin) are founding members of the band. They are joined by Tyler Melton (vocals, lead guitar) Dedmon’s brother Kris Dedmon (banjo), Glenn Miller (pedal steel guitar) and Jared Miller (vocals and percussion).

Danville Harvest Jubilee is the event organizer. This year's version of the popular winter music series features not only music, but also a different featured brewery each show.

The music series kicked off Nov. 23, with RockForce and featured Natty Greene’s Brewing Co. The series will conclude on March 31 with the music of Jamie Kent.

Featured breweries are posted on www.DanvilleHarvestJubilee.org prior to the events.

This series is sponsored by Big Sky Rents and Events, Bud Light, City of Danville, Commonwealth Home Health Care, Coca-Cola, Natural Light and URW Community Federal Credit Union.
