Danville Transit will operate on Saturday, Dec. 23; however, it will not on Monday, Dec. 25, and Tuesday, Dec. 26, for the Christmas holiday. Senior Transportation Services will transport dialysis patients to and from the dialysis clinic on Tuesday, Dec. 26.
For New Year's, Danville Transit will operate on Saturday, Dec. 30, but not on Monday, Jan. 1.
With Christmas Eve falling on Sunday, the Municipal Building, all other City of Danville administrative offices and the public library will be closed on Monday, Dec. 25, and Tuesday, Dec. 26, for the Christmas holiday. The James F. Ingram Justice Center (courthouse) will close at noon on Friday, Dec 22, and remain closed through Tuesday, Dec. 26.
In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, the Municipal Building and all other City of Danville administrative offices, library and courthouse will be closed on Monday, Jan. 1. The courthouse also will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
