The Danville Transit System is seeking public input concerning the Mainline Trolley service that operates along West Main Street, Main Street, North Main Street and within the River District. Survey responses will be evaluated for potential route and service schedule changes.

Currently, the Mainline trolley operates the first Friday of the month from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The trolley bus route provides access to multiple shopping, dining and recreational opportunities and links the Old West End, River District and Neapolis.
The route begins at Ballou Park Shopping Center and serves West Main and Main streets, Craghead Street to the Community Market area, Bridge Street and North Main to Moana Place (Neapolis).
