Danville City officials joined other area leaders and citizens Friday afternoon in welcoming Revitalization Station to the growing list of new businesses to the River District.
Located at 610-A Craghead St., Revitalization Station is a natural health and wellness company that will offer medicinal herbs, culinary spices and teas. The company will also sell essential oils, handcrafted soaps, kombucha and natural personal care products for consumers and pets.
With more than four years of experience as a board certified naturopathic doctor and certified natural health professional, co-owner and former Danville resident Lisa Hazelwood will be able to provide customized health and weight loss consultations to clients. Lisa owns a similar location in Raleigh, N.C.
Her business partner, George Perdue, brings more than 30 years of retail experience to the company.
Owners Lisa Hazelwood and George Perdue stated, “The mission of our company is to bring awareness of natural, healthy options to the community that can be implemented based on need, budget and individual desire to make healthy and informed choices regarding one’s health. Revitalization Station’s true strength is in the compassionate professionals we have on staff.”
Mayor Alonzo Jones welcomed Lisa and George to the River District and thanked them for expanding their business to Danville and offering citizens a natural way to improved health.
Revitalization Station is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can follow them on Facebook.
