The Chef at the Market series continues on Saturday, July 20, with local chef Dustin Haberer of Nana Karen’s Cruisin Kitchen. He will be preparing on-site three recipes made from fresh foods found at the Farmers' Market. The event begins at 8 a.m., ending at 11 a.m. It is free and open to the public.
The Farmers' Market, located at 629 Craghead St., is open every Saturday through October from 7:30 a.m. to noon. In addition, the market is open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. each Wednesday through August.
