Three people were injured in a shooting early this morning.
At approximately 2:11 am Danville Police responded to a call of multiple shots fired in the area of South Main St. and Hughes St. An 18-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman arrived at SOVAH Health with gunshot injuries. The man was treated and released with non-life threatening injuries. The woman was transferred to Carillon in Roanoke for further treatment. A third victim, a 21-year-old woman, was struck with glass fragments. The investigation revealed that the shooting occurred in the 200 block of Epps St.
