Shortly before midnight, Danville Police responded to the 200 block of Parker Road for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they spoke with a 26-year-old man who reported he had an argument with his sister's boyfriend. The verbal dispute was escalating so the victim got into his vehicle to leave. The suspect shot at him while he was driving away from the scene. No one was struck or injured. The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Isaiah Terrell Warner. He was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is currently being held in the Danville City Jail under no bond.
