After investigation and consultation with the Danville Commonwealth Attorney’s Office, Danville Police charged 62-year-old Jay Weldon Miller, of Danville, with attempted malicious wounding of a law enforcement officer in connection with the incident in the Danville Courthouse on April 14.
Police will serve the arrest warrant on Miller when he is released from treatment.
