Posted on: December 1, 2022[ARCHIVED] Craghead Street lanes closed for sewer repair
UPDATE: The westbound lane is now closed as well, so traffic is being detoured in both directions. The closure is due to the scope of the work and the safety of the work crew.
ORIGINAL POST: The eastbound lane of Craghead Street from Loyal Street to Wilson Street is being closed to allow for repair of a sewer line tap. The lane closure will begin at noon today and remain in place until late Friday.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured onto Loyal Street at the intersection of Loyal and Craghead streets.
Motorists are urged to slow down and be alert to altered traffic pattern, allow more time to reach their destination, or consider an alternate route.
