On January 24th, at 11:41pm, the Danville Fire Department responded to 226 Central St. for the report of a possible house fire. E-5, E-1, L-1, E-2, Hazmat-2, and Battalion-1 responded. Upon arrival E-5 discovered moderate smoke conditions at the front door and noted all residents were out of the home. The fire was contained to the room of origin; the house was damaged due to flame and smoke damage. Occupants were displaced and assisted by the Red Cross and one occupant was transported by DLSC.
