A Pittsylvania County man is wanted for his involvement in a shooting that occurred in April of this year.
A grand jury recently indicted Fenton Laconda Terry, age 35 of Pittsylvania County for:
1. First Degree Murder – 18.2-32
2. Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony – 18.2-53.1
3. Possession of a Firearm after Being Convicted of a Felony – 18.2-308.2
Fenton Terry should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on Terry’s whereabouts is encouraged to call 911 immediately.
Original Incident:
On 4-7-11 Danville Police responded to the area of Corning Drive and the Danville Expressway for a report of a body on the side of the road. The victim was identified as Kendra Rodgers Stokes, age 24 of Danville. The Medical Examiner gave gunshot wounds as the cause of death.
