At approximately 11:34 pm on 02-13-12, officers responded to Sacred Heart School, 540 Central Blvd., in reference to an alarm. Officers located 34 year old David Dwayne Dabbs of Danville in the area of the school.
After further investigation, Mr. Dabbs was charged with the following offenses:
S.C. 18.2-91 Breaking and entering (felony)
S.C. 18.2-96 Petit Larceny
