At approximately 8:50PM last night Danville Police responded to the 100 block of Cedar Pl. the Cedar Terrace Apartments in reference to gunshots being fired. Danville Police Officers also responded to the Danville Regional Medical Center where a male and female victim were being treated for gunshot wounds. The female victim was transported to a Roanoke Hospital for further treatment; the male victim was treated at Danville Regional Medical Center for a non-life threatening injury.
Petitions have been issued for a juvenile suspect.
