Engines from stations on Third Ave,Bridge St,Airport and Piney Forest along with the Ladder from Bridge St responded to reported structure fire at 517 Third Ave.The first arriving engine reported heavy fire coming out of the basement window.Two attack lines were pulled to extinguish the blaze which started at 1926 hrs.Two dogs were trapped and pulled from the structure;one of which was not breathing.One fire crew initiated rescue breathing on one of the dogs and brought him back to life.Cause of ignition is still under investigation.
